Ahvara ("we," "us," or "our") operates getahvara.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our Site or submit an application to join our platform.

When you apply to join the Ahvara roster as a cosplayer, or submit an inquiry as a brand, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:
Name and contact information (email address)
Social media handles and follower counts
Photos and portfolio links
Company name and business details (for brand inquiries)
Convention attendance and availability
Any other information you choose to include in your submission
We collect this information through third-party form tools (currently Tally). We do not currently use cookies, analytics trackers, or automated data collection on this Site beyond standard web hosting logs maintained by our hosting provider (Framer).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
Evaluate and process roster applications
Respond to brand inquiries and facilitate talent bookings
Communicate with you about your application or inquiry
Feature approved talent profiles on our Site (only with your consent)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How We Store Your Information
Submissions are currently stored and managed through Tally, a third-party form service. As our platform develops, this information may be transferred to additional tools we use to operate our business (such as Airtable), under the same protections described in this policy.
Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with:
Brands seeking to book talent, but only the information you've agreed to make public as part of your roster profile (such as your handle, fandom focus, and portfolio)
Service providers who help us operate the Site and process applications (such as Tally, Airtable, and Google Workspace)
We do not share your personal contact information with brands without your knowledge.
Your Choices
You may:
Request to see what information we have on file for you
Request that we update or correct your information
Request that we delete your information and remove your profile from our roster

Children's Privacy
Ahvara is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
